[2026-09-24] Muscle Testing Explained
Muscle Testing is also known as Finger Testing.
Your own nervous system can be used to discern Truth from Falsehood. This also includes things that exist in the non-physical and many other things. When you think of something that is True, your mind causes your nervous system to react and some muscle functions get stronger, like your fingers, etc.
You are already used to doing this, your mind wants to lift the arm and you lift it. (Mind) Grab something and you grab it. Walk somewhere: (Mind) Walk -> (Nervous System + Muscles + Body) Walk.
One method for this is to pinch your thumb and index finger gently together to make an 'O' and use your other index finger to test the finger strength where the gently pinching fingers meet.
• Say or think your own first name and the pinching fingers remain firm and you cannot easily move your other finger through the pinch.
• Say or think of someone else's name, that isn't yours, and your pinching fingers get weaker and you can easily move your other finger through the pinch.
"Can I ask this?" as you formulate the thought in your mind, is good practice.
Note: that some responses may be misleading if you have own emotions, feelings and dualities that block a proper response Yes/No or True/False, i.e. your nervous system may react to your own emotions and the pinch is forced, causing misleading responses Yes/No.
Note: It is also of importance if the question is beneficial for life, etc.
Truth is one of the underlying fundamentals in the Universe. Existence is True, we wouldn't exist otherwise. That goes back to an underlying Will for Existence, but that's another understanding. Me, I don't like the male concept of that underlying Will because that the Will for existence is beyond gender. That Will doesn't take sides between countries or religions, it is Existence itself. Do no harm to others and you will be better aligned with the Will for Existence.
Do you have an emotion or feeling right now? Does you gentle pinch remain firm or become weaker? Put a name on that emotion/feeling/duality and test again, is it this? Put a sentence on it, test if it's True and just relax/meditate on that for a bit. Test again, is it gone?
Me, I did read the entire book 'Power vs Force' by David R. Hawkins to realise and understand this. When reading the first chapter and feeling bored, I skipped and landed on the third chapter. The book took me weeks to read because of all the condense knowledge and information in it. Sometimes I could only read one or two pages and then take a break to contemplate on the information. After finishing it, I thought: "How can I do this on my own?". Then I went back and found the finger pinching technique in Appendix 'C'. The mentioned book is not for everyone though. You are on your own path, don't compete with anyone else. Life is a journey. If you feel that it is not for you, it is not for you. Book among
Links.
Me, I've must have read 20 different books under the 'New Age' section in book stores/on Kindle. I think my own journey really started with the book 'Highly Sensitive Person', also under
Links. But that journey was mine, You are on your own.

[2026-09-19] App to spot camera glasses nearby
ZuckOff is an app designed to notify you when someone is wearing bluetooth camera glasses nearby.
Thanks for the article,
SlashDot.
Text from App Store:
"
Camera glasses announce themselves over Bluetooth. ZuckOff listens for those announcements and tells you when a lens is in the room.
What it spots:
· Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta, by the manufacturer signature in their Bluetooth advertisement
· Snap Spectacles
· Display glasses and headsets, including Quest and Vision Pro, are named in the log but never flagged: a headset is a camera you can see coming
· The full list, and how each one is recognised, is in the app
"
Me, I got a 1 year subscription to try it out. Mostly, I just want to see how this works. Subscription is required for background/always on scanning.

[2026-09-16] Small sized tall safe
A small safe in approximate binder or photo album size with an electronic keypad that is flush with the surface, so I can turn the keypad against a (closet) wall and it will not look like a safe. How about a 'push to open' lid over the keypad to hide it?
My own preference would be
white because it is less conspicious.
Me, I would tape a
KeySmart SmartCard AirTag to the inside ceiling with white tape. It might send normally, but it might also send when the safe has been opened somewhere else.
Small size for passports, credit cards, jewelry, etc. Inside padding option, yes.
How about a complementary sleeves or self-adhesive sheets to attach, like grey or rainbow colored? 🙂
Notification beep when battery is running out.
Could also come with an always connected power cable. If the cable gets detached then an alarm goes off. (Note that this would happen during power outages as well).
Having keys to hide/place at a neighbour is a hassle.
[2026-09-03] Portable door open sensor
Portable door vibration sensor in white with "lever lock suction cup" so you don't need water.
Looks of a round room temperature sensor.
No visible branding and made in white, it is made for the safety of individuals and must be inconspicuous.
Connects to hotel wifi and can send immediate e-mails when triggered to one or several e-mail addresses.
2026-09-04: Reverted from mobile app notification:
mobile app requires development, approval and maintenance
e-mail lower cost than text messages
Hard sensitivity setting, which cannot be set with stolen mobile.
Needs wifi login, which can have guest access form, without keyboard.
Wifi login sent from mobile to device using bluetooth or bluetooth connection to login on wifi.
Apples AppleTV solution for wifi login?
Wifi so you don't have to leave your phone in the hotel room when away.
[2026-08-26] Xubuntu 26.04 installation (Windows alternative)
My Xubuntu installation on my
ASUS Zenbook S 13 1 kg laptop (UX5304MA, Intel)
Edit 2026-09-17:
You can make a bootable live USB stick if you want to try it out on your current computer, it won't affect your installation. Though, you might loose all on your hard drive
if you Install and not being careful. Read up and backup. Also, it's very fast and require way less resources.

The biggest step to going open source is often Microsoft Office and other commercial programs. For Office, there is
LibreOffice Suite or AbiWord (Word replacement) and Gnumeric (Excel replacement).

[Edit: 2026-09-10] Downsides with ASUS Zenbook S 13:
I miss USB-C on the right side; on both sides in the future?
Automatic backlight off after x seconds in BIOS (20 default? + Off?), turn on with any key (read: even "passive" Ctrl, Shift, Alt)?
Keyboard backlight not needed if it's bright/sunny. Maybe backlight always on when screen brightness is 20% or below, and always off if 40% and above or so? [Edit 260910: changed low limit 10%->20%]
Touchpad: difficult to hit in lower right corner (for right-click), could also be smaller in size for me
Could have light sensor for adaptable screen brightness, with BIOS setting for sensitivity (Off, Low, Medium, High)
[2026-08-14] SmartCard AirTag(ged) laptop
Taped a
KeySmart SmartCard AirTag to the back of my laptop a year ago or so. Chargeable with wireless Qi charger, they claim 11 months of battery time. My iPhone should really notify me when an AirTag is running out of battery, I don't think it does.
Cahomo Self Adhesive Nylon Patches from
Amazon.se (actually I had to get the light gray from
Amazon.co.uk).
Thank you
Amazon.com for moving into Sweden in 2020, it meant a lot to me and still does.
Laptop is
ASUS UX5304MA (1 kg), best I've ever had. See the section above (2026-08-26) for my geek installation.

[2026-08-06] Anchor plate mounted security gate for appartments
Summary: Difficult to break security gate in white installed outside of doors
Appartments: don't like the word apart.
Appartments: derives from the italian word 'appartamento', which derives from the latin word 'appartare'.
A security gate with vertical bars that is installed outside of doors (wooden or insecure doors)
Bolts hidden by the gate itself (i.e. they cannot be unscrewed when the gate is closed)
Key(s) can be handed to a friend/neighbor for addicts who's best interest is to stay home during evenings/night time
Vertical bars allow for a view hole in the door
Generated with ChatGPT, had difficulty getting the AI to understand the image concept.
"Defects": (1) the gate should be fitted so that no wall bolts show when it's closed
(2) the door handle should be covered by the locking mechanism of the gate
(3) anchor plates should be full length with eight bolts each
(4) gate would look better in equal height as the door with some clearance at the bottom
Requirement specification
The gate should have a frame of rectangular bars and 4-5 vertical round bars inside
The gate should have a flat section sized enough to cover the ordinary door lock and handle
The flat section contains the locking mechanism with a key slot directed to the rounded bars
(no visible key slot from the front)
Flat anchor plates are attached to the wall with eight bolts each to either side of the door outside of the ordinary door frames
The gate is hinged on top of one the plates and the locking slider goes into the other (raised section for locking slider?)
The hinges are placed outside of the wall bolt holes so that all bolts are hidden by the gate when it is closed
The anchor plates can be replaced by rectangular hollow beams if distance is needed between the gate and the door handle
The anchor plates should be approximately 12 cm in width, with chamfering to avoid sharp edges (30 degrees in relation to front plane?)
The gate should have rubber pads to stop it from slammering when closed (white?)
The gate should be of door height with some clearance at the bottom (small enough for toes not to get hurt, or large enough to avoid feet)
The gate should be in white and have a slim and light appearance
Edit 2026-08-18:
Hinge bolts will be difficult to cut if they are close to the anchor plates
Can be fitted with a vibration alarm for abrasive actions (e.g. angle grinder)
ChatGPT
The requirements were input to
ChatGPT, all in on piece as:
I want to design a anchor plate mounted security gate for appartment doors.
<REQUIREMENTS>
Images should have no visible key.
Can you generate an image of this where the gate is closed, the setting should be inside an appartment building, the gate is as high as the door, and the appartment door in wooden brown, please?
[2026-08-04] Hand-signs for time
Visible from up above
Time unit followed by count. 2x10 + 4 for 24.
Seen from above. Show angled downward to someone in front of you (on planet)
Generated with ChatGPT.
Manual edit: had difficulty getting the AI to point to the second finger
If you show x10 with four or five fingers,
the order will make less sense, do what feels good to you.
Hour(s): Closed hand, back of the hand upwards
Minute(s): Flat hand horisontal (against the ground)
Day(s): Flat hand vertical (rotated)
If the sun is up above, the shadow turns that way once a day
1-10: Show number of fingers, one hand can show 1-5, thumb in is easiest for 4
x10: One hand visible for 10-50, other hands finger pointing at e.g. the second finger for 20 (2x10) when two fingers are showing
(pointing at either first or last finger will make most sense if cameras are reversed or for left-handers)
11 or more: x10 first followed by singles 1-9
Year(s): Hand with index finger pointing downwards in a (one) circular motion (showing the planets revolution around its star)
(Edit: Added 2026-08-04)
Examples:
3 hours: closed hand followed by showing three fingers
40 minutes: flat hand horisontal, then four fingers showing with other hands finger pointing at first or last finger (for 4x10)
4 hours 59 minutes:
closed hand then show four fingers (four hours) (thumb in is easiest), then
flat hand horisontal and five fingers showing with other hands finger pointing at first or last finger (for 5x10),
then nine fingers showing
(Space gloves, point at finger tops for x10?)
(two fingers up with another hands finger pointing at either finger top for 2x10)

[2026-08-01] lo_encrypt.py: Encryption method with partial string rotation using part of the salt and inbedded timestamp for validation
For encryption of API keys/text messages between client/client, server/server, server/client or server/client and back.
The original key is encrypted and then partially rotated at a known range using part of the salt.
Easy example "0000000000aaabbbcc" + "4bdd7" at time revolved pos[2:6] -> "004bdd7000aaabbbcc"
A timestamp is generated and encrypted to obfuscate it from looking like a timestamp,
thereafter inserted after the partially rotated section.
"004bdd700aaabbbcc"
^ insert encrypted timestamp (using salt) QxPeztKSpkMPyQ for 1785535200 (equals 2026-08-01 00:00)
The section to rotate is defined by a schema, the same on the sending and the receiving part:
HH:MM: [pos1, pos2]: {"00:00": [1, 21], "00:10": [2, 41], "00:20": [21, 39], "00:30": [15, 35], ...}
Upon decryption, a one step look-back can be used if failing, i.e. accepting keys from some time back,
to allow for overlap as the time schedule is kept both on the sending and receiving part.
The schema can be updated daily by sending it from the sender to the receiver using this encryption.
Even if the salt is guessed ("password is decrypted"), the key is protected by the inserted encrypted timestamp and the encrypted and partially rotated original key.
Not knowing how to decrypt the key fully will result in usage of unauthorized keys if compromised, which can then be detected.
Usage of old keys will also be detected at time of decryption.
Base64 encoded SHA-256 for internet use.
Raises DecryptionError upon failed decrypt.
lo_encrypt.py [GitLab]
The idea started simple this morning,
when appending a timestamp to a secret key before encrypting it to enable time validation when receiving it back again.
Then realising someone breaking the key could likely read out the timestamp no matter where it was placed
in the decrypted secret since it was all digits (e.g. 1785535200), and adjust it before recrypting it.
Also, a few characters in my secret key was also in plain text.
Then on to rotate a part of the original key to make it reversibly invalid (using the same salt),
so I could detect unauthorized usage if someone sent the invalid key together with an adjusted timestamp.
The final idea became to encrypt a readable text, rotate a section of it using part of the same salt,
and insert an encrypted timestamp directly after the rotated part
(to make that indistinguishable from the encrypted text and seemingly arbitrary positioned),
and then encrypt the whole deal.
This is reversible as the salt and the rotation schedule is known both by the sender and the receiver.
[
Visible Planets] and key exchange with the payment system
Stripe:
The server adds a lo_encrypted key together with the planet calculations to the client,
clicking the Donate button results in a return of the same encrypted key back to the server,
which then validates the inbedded timestamp and then the key itself,
before making a request to the payment system and sends that unique key back to the client.
No attackable API keys out to the client and time validation of the "multi level" encrypted key sent.
My server payment key API is protected by cache at
Cloudflare.
[2026-07-20] Secure key device with internal access log
Summary: A security credential that maintains its own tamper-resistant forensic history of where and when it has been used, allowing independent verification against system logs to detect cloning, misuse, or unauthorized readers.
Can be sized as standard access card (likely thicker with secure log handling)
Not readable with magnetics
Fixed and randomized access/security key(s) from production or programmable
Durable long-term storage for keys and codes
Internal log storing for example reading device id's and time stamps
Protected and tamper safe (e.g. writing of internal log handled by the device itself)
Internal logs can be compared with system logs upon reading (to detect unauthorized use/copying)
System can detect and warn for device having been accessed by unknown readers/copiers
System can detect and warn for readings at non normal hours (e.g. outside of working hours)
System can detect and warn for excessive readings in a day (e.g. one more than expected)
System can detect and warn for erased/tampered with internal log
Can be produced with chip or connectors protected by slider (opened by reader)
my own thoughts on applications:
building/room security
system keys/codes/certificates
machines/vehicles/installations with high security requirements
